We are currently looking for a PowerCampus Implementation/Administrator Engineer , to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrade of the PowerCampus Student Information System.
  • Administer and maintain PowerCampus environments, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Configure and support core PowerCampus modules, including Student Records, Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Finance, and Academic Services.
  • Manage system integrations between PowerCampus and third-party applications using APIs, ETL processes, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and data extracts.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
  • Support data migration, validation, and testing activities during implementations and upgrades.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations in accordance with institutional policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners regarding support cases, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Participate in change management, release planning, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users, functional teams, and junior administrators.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience administering, implementing, or supporting ERP/SIS platforms, with at least 3 years of hands-on PowerCampus experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of reporting platforms such as SSRS, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or source control platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerCampus architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Experience with PowerCampus Self-Service, reporting tools, and integration frameworks.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, views, and database administration concepts.
  • Experience with Ellucian ecosystem products and higher education technologies.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, web services, ETL processes, and data migration projects.
  • Experience supporting production environments and managing application lifecycle activities.
  • Understanding of higher education business processes, including Admissions, Registration, Student Records, Finance, and Financial Aid.
  • Experience working within Agile, ITIL, or structured project management environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have experience working for US clients
