Job Purpose
Lead and implement the Supply Chain function as a key member of the Country leadership team, being responsible for delivering the business strategy, operational deliverables, and long term growth ambitions of the organisation.
Ensure full accountability for the safety, quality, compliance, and performance of the end-to-end value chain footprint, with strict adherence to HSSEQ compliance policy. Take the ownership of all supply chain levers within the Targeted Market by presenting and enhancing the Global Category Data and demand management parameters, and exercise leverage to support division decision making and alignment with S&OP processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive and optimise logistical operations to meet evolving customer requirements—efficiently, by ensuring Business execution (being right first), and effectively, by making strategic, customer-focused decisions (doing the right things).
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership and embed HSSEQ compliance across the customer fulfilment organisation, including primary & service providers.
- Lead and deploy the customer fulfilment team through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building whilst to drive customer service level targets.
- Oversee all operational functions: customer service, supply, distribution, inventory, operations, and their respective planning and effective execution.
- Drive S&OP and S&OE processes to align planning and execution, enabling full response to market demand and customer needs.
- Own the nature of 3P contractors on Korean local warehouse, champion Korean warehouse operational standards, ensuring receiving, inbound, storage, outbound control and data visibility.
- Lead robust demand data capture against approved commercial plans, inventory analysis and decision-making for improving a 3P operational service level.
- Lead demand continuous planning including IBC, inventory optimization, and support S&OP readiness and execution.
- Build strong relationship with IBT, BIC, and COE to align with business strategies, ensure stock availability, and drive execution excellence.
- Collaborate with 3PL/warehouse providers, brokers and third-party partners to optimise route-to-market, warehousing & transportation capabilities.
- Be an active contributor to living standard practices, OCC&KPI cycles and stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and pinpoint supply chain risk proactively, promote mature intelligence to Procurement, design appropriate improvement and cost optimisation.
Summary Duties Highlights
- Accountable for end-to-end fulfilment planning, logistics delivery, inventory, and supply commitments.
- Look on order acceptance, promotion, and ongoing updated policies.
- Manage existing data and channel based on service level agreements.
- Cultivate relationship with 3rd-party logistics, logistics service and sensitive service or delivery operators within territory; escalate high impact issues.
- Own fulfilment KPI: OTIF, Fill Rate, Discount and drive corrective actions and process improvement.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in the logistics, OPG or chemical industry.
APICS or CPIM certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- E2E delivery model and logistics leader with a strong track record in managing E2E and project supply chain, and driving integrated demand and supply planning.
- Proven expert in leading supply chain across 3PL network, depot-distribution networks, integrated logistics to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across functions to align project priorities and deliver performance outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of S&OP and S&OE processes to drive optimal business value via cross functional alignment, boosting top-line and maximising a demand-driven value chain across 3PL operations; managing inventories and execution functions.
- Adept at designing and optimising operational networks in collaboration with 3PL partners to ensure balanced consumer delivery and fulfilment execution.
- Bring commercial acumen and proven track record on both tactical and turn, with the ability to navigate an extensive scope of multi-site planning systems and digital platform; operational excellence in warehouse execution, and effective inventory and portfolio management.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of driving a high-performance culture, developing innovation, and bolstering regional resilience across the total chain.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build relationship across all key senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes, performance negotiation, cost containment and performance tracking.
- Passion to manage change and delivering results in dynamic, digitally evolving business environments.
- Fluent in standard English language; oral and written.
- Spoken knowledge of Korean language would be an added advantage.
