Technical Requirements 

We're always looking for ethical hackers, across all levels who demonstrate: 

• Strong foundation in security testing in a variety of domains 

• Experience with performing  security assessments 

• Knowledge of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.) 

• Familiarity with automation and custom tool development 

• Understanding of social engineering principles 

Experience & Qualifications 

While we value practical skills over paper credentials, we typically look for: 

• 2+ years of hands-on security testing experience 

• Relevant certifications (OSCP, CREST, etc.) are welcomed 

• Track record of finding and exploiting vulnerabilities 

• Experience writing detailed technical reports 

• History of responsible disclosure 

• Contributions to security tools or research 

• Evidence of continuous learning and skill development 

Essential Skills 

• Excellent written and verbal English – C1 for international applications 

• Creative problem-solving mindset 

• Strong documentation abilities 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences 

• Professional client communication skills
