Description/Responsibilities:

Our Talent Partner serves as a strategic partner and experience architect across the talent lifecycle. As a member of our People & Culture team, this position blends talent acquisition, talent coordination, onboarding execution, and core HR operations. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, hiring, and onboarding exceptional talent while creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, new hires, and colleagues.

 

This role will add value to our organization as a talent acquisition partner with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, as well as enterprise ownership of pre-boarding, onboarding, and key talent experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, accelerate productivity, and reinforce company culture. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, excellent judgment, systems fluency, and a service-oriented approach to supporting candidates, employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Hiring Partnership

  • Partner with leaders to define talent needs, shape recruiting strategies, drive talent to open positions, and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Tivity Health to ensure candidates receive the appropriate information related to the business and open positions. 
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through scheduling and offer, building proactive pipelines for critical and recurring roles, negotiating offers as necessary and working with key stakeholders including Compensation, Finance and HR Leadership.
  • Develop trusted relationships and proactively communicate with hiring managers leveraging market insight, talent trends, and data to support effective and timely talent decisions.
  • Create a high-quality candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand and reflects our culture and values.

Contingent Workforce & Talent Mobility

  • Manage recruiting process and engagement for contractors in partnership with business leaders.
  • Serve as a trusted point of coordination throughout assignments, extensions, contractor terminations, and contractor-to-colleague conversions.
  • Ensure contingent workforce practices align with policies, contracts, worker classification requirements, and business needs.

Onboarding, Integration & Employee Experience

  • Own pre-boarding and onboarding from offer acceptance through early colleague milestones, ensuring a smooth and engaging start.
  • Coordinate communications --- access, equipment, system setup, orientation, and onboarding plans that accelerate readiness and productivity.
  • Administer all components of the pre-employment process (including I-9, E-Verify, background/reference checks and verify comply) and work closely with candidates and vendors to resolve any outstanding scenarios.
  • Partner with leaders and the People & Culture team to strengthen key employee experience moments across the talent lifecycle.
  • Use feedback and listening insights to improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.

Talent Operations, Insights & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate talent data and effective processes across iCIMS, UKG, and related recruiting and HR systems.
  • Own data entry in UKG for new colleagues, new contractors, contractor extensions, and contractor terminations with strong attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and analyze hiring, onboarding, and retention metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure talent practices comply with employment laws, company policies, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or talent management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers and employee record management.
  • Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools, with strong attention to data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Experience supporting recruiting processes, with the ability to coordinate interviews and candidate communications and contribute to search execution.
  • Working knowledge of core HR practices, documentation standards, confidentiality expectations, and employment process compliance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong service orientation.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues, candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

The salary range for this opportunity is $61,900 to $84,700. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
