About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated person to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.

Please note the working hours will fall from 8:30am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

What you’ll do (your why)

In this role you will be responsible for administering and managing accounts of Superannuation Fund members. The role involves a mixture of customer service, liaising with member’s payroll offices, reconciling accounts, calculating entitlements and written correspondence to provide member’s with information on their entitlements.
