Job description

Our client is looking for a remote Case Manager who genuinely cares about people and knows how to get things done. You'll be the steady, organized presence that keeps cases moving and clients informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As a Case Manager, you'll work closely with our attorneys and support staff to make sure every client feels heard and every claim is handled with care.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Opening new claims and setting them up with insurance adjusters on the defense side
  • Staying in regular contact with clients to gather information, collect documentation, and check in on their recovery
  • Requesting, organizing, and tracking medical records and bills
  • Helping coordinate medical bill payments and monitoring outstanding balances
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records of client expenses and case progress
  • Supporting attorneys in preparing documents and presentations for insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and juries

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable and confident working remotely with a U.S.-based team
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases at once

  • Fluent in English (Spanish fluency is a major plus โ€” we serve Spanish-speaking clients)
  • Proficient with computers: email, data entry, word processing, and case management software
  • Reliable during U.S. Central Time business hours
