The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and drive go-to-market execution for the DataGear brand. This is a high-visibility remote role reporting directly to the General Manager, with broad ownership and direct influence on business outcomes. You will partner closely with the GM and sales team to generate pipeline and sharpen our competitive positioning in a category that is increasingly strategic as AI creates new demands for data quality and lineage. AI fluency is essential — we expect this person to use AI tools to accelerate output, analyze data, and find edges that a larger team would miss.

What You'll Own
  • Demand generation — own pipeline from content marketing, email campaigns, paid search/social, webinars, and field events
  • AI-powered workflows — actively use AI tools to accelerate content production, audience research, and performance analysis
  • Content & SEO — write and produce thought leadership, case studies, product content, and website copy that drives organic traffic and converts
  • Campaign execution — plan and run campaigns end-to-end: brief, build, launch, report, optimize
  • Analytics &  reporting — own marketing metrics in Salesforce; track pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and channel performance
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful time at a software company
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your day-to-day marketing workflow
  • Proven ability to own and execute campaigns independently, from strategy through measurement
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable in data, able to build a simple attribution model or segment a list without hand-holding
  • Comfortable wearing many hats; this team is lean by design; no task is beneath you
Preferred:
  • Salesforce CRM experience — building reports, managing campaign objects, tracking pipeline attribution
  • Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, or database tooling categories
