Job Summary
The Manager/Senior Manager, Field Operations will serve as the primary operational resource supporting Commercial Field personnel (Market Development, Sales, Patient Access Managers, etc.), responsible for overseeing the design and operations of Veeva CRM, sales reporting and analytics, administration of incentive compensation programs, and overall sales administration to drive field performance. Working closely with the Senior Director of Commercial Analytics, the Manager/Senior Manager will contribute to sales force effectiveness initiatives such as territory design and optimization, assessment and integration of new data sources, and translating analytical outputs into actionable field guidance.

Savaraโs compensation for this role will include a base salary, bonus, and equity. This role will be filled at the Manager or Senior Manager level. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000.
