About the Role We are seeking a highly autonomous, agentic, and deeply tech-savvy Project Manager to lead dynamic internal initiatives. In this role, you won't just track tasks; you will own outcomes. You will be responsible for driving the deployment of advanced automation and workflow optimizations that scale our business operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a natural instinct to take immediate initiative without waiting for direction, uncovers problems before they happen, and figures out the "how" independently.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of core internal system upgrades and tech-driven projects.

  • Process Automation & Innovation: Critically evaluate current workflows and leverage modern software, internal tools, and automation to streamline operations.

  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across multiple remote departments to keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables.

  • Risk & Deviancy Management: Proactively monitor project health, raise deviations early, and design logical solutions to unblock technical constraints.

  • Documentation & Data Mastery: Maintain hyper-organized, central repositories of project data, making complex technical processes clear and actionable for the team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Hyper Tech-Savvy: Fast learner of new software, deeply comfortable working with advanced digital tools, automation, and modern tech platforms.

  • Agentic Mindset: Highly autonomous self-starter who takes complete ownership, anticipates roadblocks, and figures out solutions without needing hand-holding.

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced virtual environment.

  • Marketing Background (Optional): Familiarity with digital marketing frameworks is a plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to lead and align cross-functional, remote teams.
