The Global Commercial Lead, Prostate Cancer Therapeutics position is responsible for the overall business management of Telixβs prostate cancer portfolio, including TLX591-Tx, Telixβs flagship prostate cancer program, and TLX597-Tx. This includes all activities related to both product and portfolio planning and product marketing including leading and managing each product throughout the product development, product launch and product lifecycle stages. The role requires managing a cross functional matrix team, gathering and prioritizing product and customer development requirements, with close supervision on critical development pain points. The role also has high visibility in defining the product vision, delivering a winning strategy. to ensure customer, market and revenue goals are met.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the product lifecycle from end of Phase II to through launch to maximize commercial outcomes

- Drive action throughout the organization to get prostate cancer therapeutics to market, and maximize their impact in terms of patient benefit and commercial value
- Translate business and portfolio strategy into product strategy
- Lead cross-functional planning for market launch in each territory where the asset marketing application is filed, approved, and registered for commercialization
- Provide input and support to develop and on-board key vendors to manage high priority commercial projects assigned by the global product leadership team
- Support and challenge overall product COGs, global forecasts and NPV analysis
Collect and manage market research, market access and competitive intelligence relevant to the asset product

- Evaluate product functionality and drive future product direction
- Develop the global cross-functional plan including forward looking budget commitments and business case for the total addressable market
- Provide market insights to internal and external stakeholders on the product and therapy area
- Own the monthly product roadmap, including the plan, organization and execution for all activities for the asset product
Drive coordination and delivery through all functional relationships β clinical, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, quality and medical affairs

- Complete and smooth transition from Phase II team to Phase III team to launch
- Support and drive all activities related to Phase III trials
- Drive end to end project management activities including communication, timelines, budget management and reporting
Participate in business Operational activity as required

- Monitor and act on risks and opportunities, including escalating as appropriate
- Develop and maintain action items as part of routine meeting documentation
Education and Experience:
- Background in in marketing or business in life sciences
- Minimum 10 yearsβ experience of sales/marketing/product management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with a focus on oncology
- Experience in prostate cancer treatment and radiotherapeutics are a plus
- Proven track record in launch strategy development and managing pre-launch activities to drive revenue and profits.
- Ability to conduct competitive environment analysis and understand market segments and customer needs to effectively translate into clear marketing requirements
- Ability to create business case justifications for new products and improvements of the product portfolio
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong learning agility and a desire to gain new skills and experience
