As our Product Designer at EverWell, you’ll lead end-to-end design across Timely / SalonBiz desktop and mobile products, creating intuitive, user-centred experiences that deliver real customer impact. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you’ll solve complex problems, shape product direction, and drive high-quality design outcomes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on designer who thrives in ambiguity, advocates for great UX, and enjoys mentoring others while contributing to a strong collaborative design culture.
What you'll do
Deliver high-quality product design for complex products in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Use insight-led approaches to solve meaningful user problems and improve user outcomes.
Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams.
Plan and conduct validation activities, including user testing, to inform iteration and design decisions.
Define and measure UX success metrics aligned to product and business goals.
Drive strong stakeholder alignment through clear communication, collaboration, and sharing insights and work in progress.
Contribute to team culture, rituals, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
3+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio of user-centred work.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions, from problem definition and research through to testing, delivery, and measurement.
Experience across a range of UX practices including journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, analytics, and design systems.
Strong visual design skills with experience designing responsive web and iOS experiences.
Curious and insight-driven, with experience contributing to discovery research and understanding user needs.
Comfortable solving complex problems, iterating based on feedback, and working collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams.
Strong communication skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a growth mindset with a collaborative approach.
