About this Role:
Consertus is looking for an engaged and self-motivated individual to help lead large and complex digital transformation projects for some of the world’s largest capital-intensive organizations. This includes assisting the customer stakeholders with industry guidance, managing scope, managing client relationships, managing multiple work streams. This will be done in concert with a solution architect to ensure digital solutions are of high quality and are delivered on time. Internally, his role must ensure revenue and schedules don’t slip. This resource will help shape the future of these large organizations and help shepherd the implementation of PMIS solutions through the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and progress upsell/cross-sell and renewal opportunities within your customer portfolio in partnership with Sales/Account Management.
- Lead or support SteerCo meetings to demonstrate project progress, value provided, system adoption, and/or roadmap alignment to ensure renewals and/or expansion.
- Work with leadership team to manage forecasts of renewals and new projects with existing customers (timelines, scope options, ROM estimates, risks).
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships to understand the clients vision
- Work with project managers and solution architect to create and update comprehensive project schedules
- Work with leadership to define billing milestones and requirements
- Manage scope to ensure projects remain profitable
- Adhere to a Roles & Responsibilities Matrix, and communicate clearly about deviations
- Work with solution architect(s) to ensure fit of the digital solution, and communicate the digital vision effectively to the customer stakeholders
- Direct various project teams (AI, Training, Support, Reporting, Integrations, PMIS, etc) to ensure total project vision is clear and each team works in harmony
- Ensure project team consistently delivers high-quality, error-free deliverables based on stakeholder requirements
- Work with Solution Architect to ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and product walkthroughs are successful
- Serve as a project escalation path, proactively identifying and resolving blockers with creative, effective solutions.
- Manage the career development of a team of technical resources. Provide guidance and mentorship to upskill developers and team members
- Attend and provide leadership during weekly meetings internal and customer-facing steering and operating committee meetings
- Identify upselling opportunities within your existing customer portfolio
- Contribute to the development of customer proposals and estimation
Nice to Haves:
- Solution Architecture experience
- Conversant in how customers can use AI, Data Warehousing, or Reporting
- Experience with Data Migration, Integrations, and Reporting
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, or 8 years of industry experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on PMIS project delivery experience
- Deep understanding of the construction, transportation, aviation, or public sector
- Track record of maintaining 40 billable hours per week
- Successfully delivered 5 or more complex digital transformation projects
- 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to travel for work between 8-10 days a month.
