Key Responsibilities


The Account Manager will own the post-sale customer relationship for an assigned portfolio of care provider accounts - working to retain, renew, and grow revenue while serving as a trusted point of contact for operators navigating changes in their business or our platform. This is a high-impact role where your ability to build trust, communicate value, and proactively manage relationships will directly influence retention outcomes and team performance.

  • Own a portfolio of existing Residex customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for renewal and retention conversations.
  • Proactively reach out to customers in advance of contract renewal windows to assess satisfaction, identify risk, and secure renewals.
  • Conduct regular check-in cadences with assigned accounts to maintain strong relationships and surface expansion or upsell opportunities.
  • Document all account activity, renewal status, and pipeline movement accurately in HubSpot CRM.
  • Communicate pricing, contract terms, and platform value clearly and professionally during renewal discussions.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop and execute retention strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Participate in team pipeline reviews, forecasting calls, and IST collaborative sessions.
  • Stay current on Residex product updates, competitive positioning, and industry developments relevant to the senior living and 245D markets.
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales: example: Account Management, Customer Success, or solution add-ons / renewals-focused job.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business with consistent follow through and organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.
  • Comfort navigating difficult conversations around pricing, churn risk, and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, for pipeline management and activity tracking.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Collaborative team player who communicates openly and supports broader team goals.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in senior care, home health, senior living, or related healthcare-adjacent SaaS.
  • Familiarity with EHR, eMAR, or care management software platforms.
  • Background working with assisted living operators, 245D providers, or similar regulated care environments.
Salary Description
$65,000 - $70,000
