We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven, and highly organized Marketing Specialist who treats their work not just as a job, but as a long-term growth career. This position is 100% fully remote, requiring a leader-mindset with exceptional self-discipline and strong ownership.

In this role, you will initially focus on anchoring our Taiwan market by leading influencer marketing strategies, handling end-to-end collaborations, and managing e-commerce marketplaces to boost direct sales. As the Taiwan market stabilizes, you will have the strategic opportunity to step up, take on greater responsibilities, and spearhead our marketing expansion into China and Vietnam. We want someone who acts like a business owner, scales with the company, and is ready to evolve into a regional leadership role.

前期你將專注於穩固台灣市場,主導網紅行銷策略、執行合作專案,並負責電商平台(如蝦皮、市集等)的營運與銷售推動。隨著台灣市場營運穩定,你將有機會展現強大的 Ownership,進一步晉升並主導中國與越南市場的行銷擴張。 適合具備創業家思維、渴望隨著品牌國際化一同階梯式晉升 (Step up) 的野心行銷人才。

Key Responsibilities |主要工作職責

  • KOL & Influencer Marketing (網紅與行銷合作)

  • 獨立負責網紅/KOL/KOC 開發、洽談與簽約,每月需達成至少 10 組以上的有效合作內容產出 (Deliverables)。

  • 具備優秀的談判與協商技巧 (Negotiation Skills),精準控管合作預算並最大化投資報酬率 (ROI)。

  • 負責網紅合作的端到端專案管理 (End-to-end coordination),包含寄樣追蹤、文案審查、成效追蹤與結案報告。


Marketplace Sales & Operations (電商平台營運與銷售)

  • 負責品牌在各大電商市集/平台(如蝦皮 Shopee、Momo、天貓/淘寶、Lazada/Shopee VN 等未來潛在渠道)的日常營運、產品上架與庫存管理。

  • 規劃與執行平台促銷活動(如雙11、月月中、限時特賣),優化賣場版面與產品關鍵字 (SEO) 以提升轉換率。

  • 將網紅合作帶來的大量流量與熱度,精準導流至電商市集,建立「強曝光、高轉換」的銷售閉環。


Social Media & Content Operations (社群經營與內容操作)

  • 熟練操作與經營 小紅書、抖音 (Douyin/TikTok)、Instagram、Facebook 等多元社群平台。

  • 根據不同平台屬性規劃行銷內容,將網紅素材轉化為具備高轉換率的品牌廣告或社群貼文。


Data Tracking & Regional Expansion (數據追蹤與跨國擴張)

  • 追蹤並分析各渠道行銷活動、網紅合作及電商平台的銷售數據,主動發現問題並提出改善解決方案。

  • 運用語言優勢參與跨境行銷策略制定,規劃品牌進軍中國與越南市場的行銷落地路徑。


Requirements & Preferred Qualities|應徵條件與加分條件
Must-Have 必備條件:

  • 具備 小紅書 / 抖音 / IG / FB 實際行銷操作與經營經驗。

  • 具備電商市集平台(如蝦皮、Momo等)的銷售與後台操作經驗,能獨立管理賣場。

  • 優秀的溝通、談判與協調能力,能有效率地與大量網紅同時溝通。

  • 具備強大的 Ownership 與責任感:不被動等待指令,能自我驅動、解決問題、對最終業績目標負責。


Language Abilities 語言能力要求:

  • 中文 (Chinese): 精通,需具備流暢的中文商務溝通、文案撰寫及網紅洽談能力。

  • 英文 (English): 具備流暢的工作溝通能力,能與國際團隊進行跨國業務對接。

  • 越南文 (Vietnamese): 精通或具備在地商務溝通能力者大加分。此為未來直接對接越南市場、KOL 開發與市集營運的核心利器。


Preferred Qualities 加分條件:

  • 渴望在職涯中尋求突破與快速晉升 (Step-up potential),不滿足於現狀,願意承擔更大規模的跨國專案。

  • 具備中國 (China) 或越南 (Vietnam) 行銷與電商市場實際經驗者大加分。
