Position Overview

We are in search of talented people to join our team in the development and maintenance of Epiq Discovery, a premier eDiscovery platform capable of handling complex legal matters around the globe.

Our distributed team operates across multiple countries and time zones, and we are experiencing rapid growth as we extend our product reach into new regions worldwide while investing in new AI features for our platform. We're offering both B2B option and a contract of employment - Umowa o Pracę (with KUP). The role is remote within Poland.

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a part of an Agile development team that defines, builds and maintains new features for the platform

  • Experiment with new cloud technologies to solve challenging eDiscovery issues

  • Dissect large volumes of data to identify opportunities for performance improvement

  • Collaborate with our UI/UX team on the next generation of the platform

  • Build and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript

  • Contribute to code refactoring, technical debt reduction, and the evolution of project standards

  • Work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with React, including 3+ years with Redux

  • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

  • Practical experience with unit and integration testing using Jest and React Testing Library

  • Positive attitude toward refactoring, improving code quality, and adopting modern standards

  • Familiarity with Material UI or comparable UI frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with end-to-end testing tools like Cypress or Playwright.

  • Exposure to micro-frontends architecture.

  • Full-stack development skills.

  • Implementing designs from Figma or similar design tools.

The Compensation range for this role is 15,000zl up to 20,000zl per month or 180,000zl up to 240,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
We require all persons hired to verify identity and eligibility to work in Poland and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
The successful individual must be authorised to work in Poland for any employer and must all be a current resident in Poland.
