About the role
LTK is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly customer-centric Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives across our creator, shopper, and brand ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creator growth, consumer engagement, and brand monetization, helping shape experiences that deepen engagement, unlock monetization opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes across the platform.
We are looking for product talent that can flex across both brand and creator experiences while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency and ownership, and can move fluidly between strategy and execution.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch, iteration, and optimization. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize roadmap investments, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
As the creator economy continues to evolve, this role will help shape how creators, brands, and shoppers connect, engage, and monetize through LTK’s platform.
