Academic degree in business, IT, communication, information systems or a related field
Fluent English; German or other European languages are a plus

Job description
This is a remote position.
Support the programme leadership in implementing AI tools across enterprise environments, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Copilot Suite. You will help prepare documentation, presentations and concepts that enable a smooth roll-out, effective training and clear communication. The role combines technical understanding with structured project support and the ability to turn complex AI-related topics into practical, user-friendly materials. Remote setup with occasional travel across Europe.
Requirements

Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate ideas into practical implementation, training and communication concepts.
Excellent documentation and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, structured and visually convincing materials.
Experience in project support, programme management, digital transformation, change management or tool roll-outs is an advantage.
