Project Lead – FCCMS

Location: Remote

Project Scope:

The CFS Project Team is responsible fordeveloping and maintaining a statewide Family Court Case Management System(FCCMS) for the South Carolina Family Courts. The system manages Family Courtcase information, accounting functions compliant with GAAP standards, documentimaging, and integrations with SC Judicial Branch (SCJB) and PACSS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead thetransition of the FCCMS application from SC DSS to SCJB

·        Manage and guidethe FCCMS functional team

·        Lead usereducation and training programs

·        Drive functionalanalysis and solution design activities

·        Work withcounties on complex business process improvements

·        Manageapplication defects, quality metrics, and enhancement activities

·        Validate vendorbusiness designs against approved state requirements

·        Coordinate withstate SMEs to ensure system functionality aligns with business expectations

·        Supervise testingteams in creating scenarios, scripts, and executing test activities

·        Triage defects,design issues, and scope changes during testing phases

·        Review vendordocumentation including BRDs, technical designs, and test plans

·        Coordinate withFamily Court Clerk Committees on enhancement priorities

·        Support E-Filinginitiative requirements, design, and testing efforts

 

Required Skills & Experience:

·        7+ years ofexperience using and configuring Family Court Case Management Systems (FCCMS)

·        5+ years ofexperience designing and documenting software solutions

·        5+ years ofexperience managing and defining software requirements

·        5+ years ofexperience managing complex software implementations

·        Strong projectleadership and stakeholder communication skills

 

Preferred Skills:

·        Strongunderstanding of Component, Integration, Regression, Performance, andAcceptance Testing

·        Experiencemanaging software testing and development teams

·        Ability to readdata models and perform SQL queries

·        Experiencesupporting Maintenance & Operations phase projects

·        Experience withE-Filing Systems

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology,Business, Computer Science, or related field
OR equivalent professional experience
