AI Implementation Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The AI Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end implementation of AI-driven solutions, including workflow automation, AI agent creation, and CRM integration. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and project management, requiring both hands-on coding ability and the organizational discipline to deliver complex AI initiatives on time and at scale.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for specific business processes across sales, marketing, and operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify tasks suitable for automation and define AI agent objectives.

• Ensure AI agents are properly integrated with CRM systems (ideally Monday.com) and other business platforms.

Workflow Automation & Process Optimization

• Map business workflows and create structured automation plans to eliminate inefficiencies.

• Implement AI solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall operational accuracy.

• Monitor and continuously optimize existing automations to ensure peak performance.

Project Management & Execution

• Define project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for all AI implementation initiatives.

• Maintain accountability to deadlines and ensure AI projects are delivered on schedule.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, report progress, and drive adoption of AI solutions.

Technical & Coding Skills

• Write, test, and maintain code for AI agents and workflow automation pipelines.

• Use AI tools and platforms to accelerate development, reporting, and implementation cycles.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize AI performance on an ongoing basis.

Integration & CRM Management

• Connect AI agents with CRMs and business systems to enable seamless workflow automation.

• Ensure clean data flows, proper tracking, and accurate reporting across automated processes.

• Provide documentation and support for internal teams adopting AI tools.

Qualifications - Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B companies, ideally with AI and automation projects.

• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations, preferably Monday.com or similar platforms.

• Proven experience in workflow analysis, process mapping, and automation design.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver AI or automation projects on time with clear structure and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications - Skills

• AI Agent Development: Ability to design, build, and deploy functional AI agents across business functions.

• Coding Proficiency: Strong coding skills and hands-on familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.

• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills including scheduling, milestone tracking, and task prioritization.

• CRM Integration: Proficiency connecting AI solutions with CRM and business platforms for seamless data flows.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to optimize AI performance and resolve technical issues.

• Communication: Clear communicator capable of collaborating cross-functionally and documenting solutions for non-technical teams.
