Job description

This is a remote position.


Overview :

We are seeking a Guidewire Practice Leader to drive strategy, delivery excellence, and growth of our Insurance Core Practice. This role will focus on building and leading a high-performing Guidewire team, expanding client relationships, and driving large-scale digital transformation programs for insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Guidewire practice across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

  • Drive business development, pre-sales, and solutioning for Guidewire opportunities.

  • Build and mentor a strong Guidewire delivery team with end-to-end capability.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to shape digital transformation roadmaps.

  • Ensure delivery excellence across large Guidewire programs and implementations.

  • Partner with ecosystem vendors and Guidewire to strengthen alliances.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT services/consulting experience with a focus on P&C Insurance.

  • 10+ years of Guidewire program management and delivery experience.

  • Proven expertise in Guidewire Cloud and On-prem implementations.

  • Strong client engagement and CxO relationship management skills.

  • Experience in building/leading large practices or CoEs.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Cloud).

  • Exposure to AI/ML, Data & Analytics, and Digital Engineering in the insurance domain.

  • Prior experience in scaling practices in a global delivery model.
