Job Description – Salesforce Market Leader

Experience: 12+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Role Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Salesforce Market Leader to drive Salesforce practice expansion, client engagement, delivery oversight, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise along with leadership, consulting, presales, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Salesforce practice across delivery, capability building, and revenue generation.
  • Drive business development, client engagement, solutioning, and presales activities.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams for RFPs, proposals, and account expansion.
  • Provide strategic oversight for Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
  • Build and mentor high-performing Salesforce teams across multiple clouds.
  • Strengthen Salesforce alliance relationships and go-to-market initiatives.


Requirements


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce leadership experience.
  • Expertise across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Data Cloud.
  • Proven experience in practice management, consulting, presales, and delivery leadership.
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
