Location: Remote — Central or South America Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $1,300 – $1,500 USD/month
About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to directly manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This is a fully hands-on role. We are NOT looking for someone who only coordinates agencies, manages external vendors, or operates purely at a strategic level. The ideal candidate is someone who personally builds campaigns, executes marketing initiatives, analyzes performance data, and takes full ownership of results. You will be responsible for managing paid media, email marketing, creative production, reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple brands in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is heavily performance-driven and requires strong accountability, autonomy, and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Plan, build, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Directly manage:
Campaign structure
Audience targeting
Creative testing
Budget allocation
Bid strategies
Monitor and optimize KPIs including:
ROAS
CPA
CTR
Identify performance issues quickly and continuously improve campaign profitability and scalability
Manage paid media efforts across multiple brands simultaneously
Email Marketing & Outreach
Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including:
Automated flows
Broadcast campaigns
Segmentation
A/B testing
Operate platforms such as:
Klaviyo
Omnisend
Mailchimp
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using Instantly
Improve customer retention and lead engagement through CRM and email automation
Creative Production & Copywriting
Create and edit visual assets for:
Paid ads
Social media
Email marketing campaigns
Design static creative and basic motion/video assets independently
Write ad copy, email content, and marketing messaging
Maintain consistency across multi-brand campaign calendars and launches
Reporting & Optimization
Provide weekly reporting with clear performance insights and recommendations
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scale and optimization
Track and report on performance metrics accurately and consistently
