Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our program and mentor team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on financial education and mentorship.


Responsibilities:


Data Entry & Program Tracking

  • Input and maintain participant financial data across our internal systems
  • Track and update key participant metrics
  • Perform data entry follow-ups for accuracy and completeness
  • Data Analysis & Calculations based on participant data

File Management

  • Archive participant files across platforms
  • Support tracking consistency across Salesforce, Volunteer Management System, and participant platforms.

Program & Operational Support

  • Assist with mentor engagement and hours tracking
  • Help maintain/pull alumni data for reports 
  • Periodically contribute to special projects, including:
    • Blogs
    • Podcasts
    • Newsletters
