Summary
We’re looking for a Partner Programs Manager to turn our Military, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, and Fire & Rescue partnerships into scalable, high-performing member acquisition channels.
This role owns relationship development, growth, and ongoing activation across our partner portfolio — from top-tier strategic partners to long-tail organizations — scaling the level of support based on partner size and opportunity.
You’ll own what happens after a partnership is in place: maintaining and growing the relationship, finding effective ways to promote ExpertVoice within large organizations, and creating scalable campaigns that keep us top of mind with members across partners of all sizes.
This is a role for someone who thinks in campaigns, systems, and repeatable motions — not just calls and relationship management. You’ll also use AI as a core part of your daily workflow to move faster across content creation, campaign development, testing, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationships: Build and deepen relationships with key partners to understand the best ways to reach their members, including email outreach, seasonal campaigns, events, and other activation channels.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end campaign plans for existing partners, including custom activations for top-tier accounts and scalable campaigns for mid-size and smaller organizations. Partner with Marketing to develop assets, launch efficiently, and build repeatable campaign concepts.
- Bottoms-Up Activation: Drive recurring activation efforts across Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners, including outreach to existing team experts to encourage re-shares, referrals, and word-of-mouth growth.
- Performance & Growth Accountability: Own the growth goal for existing partner-driven member acquisition, including reporting, attribution, and campaign performance. Clearly identify what’s working, what’s not, and where effort should shift to drive stronger results.
- AI-Forward Mindset: Use AI writing, productivity, and analysis tools to move faster without sacrificing quality. Build workflows that improve how partner campaigns and content are created, tested, and iterated.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, partner operations, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or account management.
- Proven ability to build trust with external partners, deepen existing relationships, and identify new ways to activate their audiences.
- Experience running campaigns across multiple accounts, partners, or audiences at scale
- Ability to build repeatable campaign concepts and scalable playbooks, not just one-off activations
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external partners to execute campaigns and drive results
- AI fluency, with hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content development, campaign planning, analysis, or workflow automation
- Analytical and KPI-oriented, with the ability to interpret performance, identify what’s working, and shift effort toward the highest-impact opportunities
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience with Military, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, or similar audience-based partnerships is preferred but not required
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by relationship-building, scalable growth work, and measurable results

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
