Job description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Analyst to support and assist with ensuring efficient and accurate employee data and payroll data administration and reporting in a timely manner.

Duties

  • Assist with the preparation of new employee onboarding as it relates to payroll

  • Assist with the processing of weekly payroll batches as needed

  • Run internal audits to ensure accuracy of data and records

  • Assist with employee transfers, position changes and location updates

  • Help to maintain and reconcile employee records in HRIS including but not limited to new hires, terminations, benefits and other changes

  • Assist with creating and analyzing of payroll reports and data extracts

  • Communicate with other departments regarding status changes and updates

  • Ensure FRHC compliance with federal / state/ local laws, and taxes

  • Garnishment processing

  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Payroll
  • Experience in the health care field

Working Conditions

  • The Payroll Analyst will spend 95% of their time in an office environment indoors.
  • The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • This position will require travel as appropriate, approximately 5% of the time.

Direct Reports

This position will not have any direct supervision responsibility.

Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000 / Yr
