Job description

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative AI.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.
  • Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain specific prompts, and RAG based solutions.
  • Proven ability to build AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi step automation.
  • Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.
  • Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI driven ServiceNow actions (record creation, case triage, data retrieval).
  • Ability to integrate AI features into ServiceNow workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and automation capabilities.
  • Build and implement AI agents, RAG-based solutions, and intelligent workflows with proper orchestration and guardrails.
  • Develop and optimize domain-specific prompts, Now Assist skills, and AI-driven use cases for enterprise workflows.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow components such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, portals, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and performant AI solutions, including API integrations and data exposure.
