πJob Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Closing: Act as the primary point of contact for high-intent prospects and inbound leads, converting conversations into revenue, primarily via phone.
Problem-Solving: Think critically and proactively to understand customer pain points, pitching tailored solutions that align perfectly with their needs. Never settle for a superficial pitch.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., fulfillment, logistics, marketing) to ensure accurate product knowledge and seamless post-purchase onboarding.
Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously document all pipeline stages, sales interactions, and deal progress in Pipedrive to maintain a clear record and track sales velocity.
Feedback Loop: Provide clear, actionable market feedback to the product and marketing teams to help optimize lead generation and improve the overall sales funnel.

Pipedrive and Telephony System Proficiency
π§©Your Experience:
2+ years in a similar high-performance sales role, with a strong focus on closing deals and exceeding targets.
Proven track record of overcoming customer objections, building rapport, and driving leads to a successful conversion.
Proficiency with Pipedrive and modern telephony/dialer systems is a must.
Preference for candidates with experience in the US e-commerce market.
Outstanding command of the English language, both written and spoken.
