This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling technology environments. The right person will be comfortable leading at the executive level while also staying close enough to the technical work to assess systems, diagnose issues, and drive improvements directly.

Position Overview: The Head of Engineering & Technology Operations will lead cloud infrastructure, software engineering, DevOps, security/compliance, and internal technology operations. The immediate priority will be stabilizing and improving the company's Azure hosting and cloud operations environment while creating better structure around engineering workflows, release management, and technology ownership.
