Working as part of the Zirconium team, you will assume day to day management of US Catalysis accounts within a defined areas for the business sector including defence. The main purpose of the role is to maintain and grow the sales volume, revenue and profit of said accounts, by working closely with the sales, technical, manufacturing and supply chain teams. You will be expected to bring a positive approach and be prepared to travel extensively within The America’s with scope to undertake Global Travel routinely. Our Sales Manager opening is a great opportunity for someone with experience working in the Chemical/Energy/Defense Sector.
Great base pay + yearly bonus potential + car and phone allowance! Travel is 30 – 50%. Job Training for a few weeks in the UK to learn the technology!

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the business relationship with both established and prospective Direct Accounts within the Catalysis area

Develop new sales opportunities (customers / products)
Support and coordinate new product introductions to customers
Proactively participate in the innovation product portfolio aligned to the Company’s aspirations and goals
Manage the Opportunity Pipeline within CRM customer management system
Accountable for pricing implementation, handling customer complaints and assisting in credit control queries
Participate in the monthly forecasting procedure
Grow the business aligned to the company’s strategy and aspirations
Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions
Travel to customers / events
Any other duties within the post holder’s competence as requested
