What you will do

Create a space people are proud to work in

• Maintain cleanliness across offices, working areas, bathrooms, and shared spaces
• Ensure all areas are consistently clean, organised, and ready for use throughout the day
• Follow structured cleaning schedules to maintain high standards at all times

Keep shared spaces running smoothly

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, tidy, and fully stocked with essential supplies
• Monitor and replenish items such as tea, coffee, and sugar as needed
• Support a clean and organised environment that teams can rely on daily

Deliver consistent and reliable service

• Carry out cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal
• Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, and equipment to maintain a professional environment
• Engage with internal teams to ensure their needs are met and standards are maintained

Uphold safety and standards

• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Use cleaning materials and equipment responsibly to prevent damage or hazards
• Monitor the workspace to ensure a safe, risk-free environment for everyone

Take ownership of your work

• Manage your daily tasks with care, consistency, and attention to detail
• Participate in team check-ins and performance discussions
• Continuously look for ways to improve how work is done

What you bring

• A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• Some experience in cleaning or maintaining facilities is advantageous
• Understanding of basic health and safety practices
• Knowledge of cleaning materials and how to use them effectively
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
