About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Health Cloud Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions within the healthcare and life sciences domain. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on Salesforce development expertise, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities such as patient profiles, care plans, provider networks, and healthcare interoperability integrations.
  • Build and enhance applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Pages, and Visualforce.
  • Participate in release planning, deployments, production support, and post-deployment activities.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation while enforcing coding standards and data integrity practices.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and business teams for system enhancements and operational support.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams in agile delivery environments.
  • Support team capability development through cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and recommend innovative solutions for adoption.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, solution architecture, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and proof-of-concepts.
  • Contribute to estimation, solution demonstrations, and proposal development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and data protection policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and integration strategies.
  • Experience with release management, deployments, testing strategies, and debugging.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong focus on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain projects.
  • Salesforce certifications related to Health Cloud or Platform Development are a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and compliance requirements is preferred.
