About the role
As VP Health Plan Market Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving growth at Quantum Health by developing and executing a strategic go-to-market approach focused specifically on health plans. This role is focused on enabling success across a broad portfolio of solutions we bring to health plans, including provider quality solutions, virtual care capabilities, and future platform offerings.
The role will shape and execute the strategy for how Quantum Health and Embold Health (a Quantum Health company) engage health plans as customers and strategic partners, with responsibility for market positioning, messaging, relationship-driven growth strategy, and long-term market development. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare industry expertise along with direct experience marketing and selling to health plans through complex, enterprise-level, multi-year sales cycles.
This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, product, sales and marketing teams to build market awareness, define compelling value propositions by buyer persona, develop strategic storytelling, and drive positioning that supports long-term growth in the health plan segment.
A key component of this role will be defining and evolving the branding strategy for the health plan market, including how Embold Health’s brand and strong reputation around provider quality is leveraged within the broader Quantum Health portfolio strategy. The role will support brand strategy, thought leadership, positioning and go-to-market integration for Quantum Health, Embold Health as well as additional offerings, including CirrusMD virtual care capabilities and other emerging solutions relevant to health plans.
While the position does not include direct people management responsibilities, this is a highly strategic individual contributor role with significant executive visibility and enterprise-wide influence. The role is expected to have a meaningful impact on our growth strategy, market positioning, and long-term success within the payer market.
While this role will closely support enterprise sales efforts and long-term market development, primary ownership of health plan relationships and deal execution will remain with sales and business development teams.
