A Day in the Life

Das Cardiac Rhythm Management Team arbeitet auf dem wachsenden und innovativen Markt der Behandlung von Herzrhythmusstörungen. Sie sind verantwortlich für unser Produktportfolio, das unter anderem Herzschrittmacher, implantierbare Defibrillatoren und implantierbare Herzmonitore umfasst.

Diese Position umfasst die Region Zentralschweiz – Basel; Luzern ; Uri; Zug und ist daher eine Remote Position, das heisst im Aussendienst und bei Kunden vor Ort. Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Unterstützung der Kliniker im Operationssaal bei der Implantation aller Geräte aus unserem Portfolio
• Schulung und Weiterbildung von Ärzten und medizinischem Fachpersonal in der Anwendung von Medtronic-Produkten, einschliesslich der Funktionen und Algorithmen der implantierbaren Geräte
• Bereitstellung laufender Intelligence-Berichte über Aktivitäten der Konkurrenz, Veränderungen im Markt sowie Informationen über Kundenpräferenzen und Produkteigenschaften
• Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung über neue Produkte, Technologien, und Verkaufsprozesse durch Selbststudium sowie Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen
• Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise in Engineering / Life Science, oder Erfahrung im elektrophysiologischen Labor (mindestens 3 Jahre)
• Vorzugsweise eine erste erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Medizinprodukteindustrie
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Belastbarkeit, analytische Beurteilung, strukturierter Arbeitsstil, offen, kreativ und gewohnt selbstständig zu arbeiten
• Unternehmerische Einstellung
