Senior Platform Engineer

As a Senior Platform Engineer within our Tech team, you will own the infrastructure that brings our AI and ML products to life. Reporting to the Platform and Infrastructure Lead, you will work at the intersection of software engineering and operations: deploying applications and pipelines, managing our machine learning infrastructure, and solving complex technical challenges at scale.

At Senior level, you work largely independently, lead projects end to end, and help elevate the rest of the team. Your work has a direct impact on the reliability, performance, and scalability of Idoven’s Health SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do

•       Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for production applications with attention to performance, cost, and reliability

•       Collaborate with the Platform and Infrastructure Lead and the Tech team to bring ML models into production

•       Define and manage technical solutions for product development projects, taking ownership from design to delivery

•       Identify and resolve issues proactively, seeking full automation wherever possible

•       Contribute to Agile processes, documentation, and team-wide engineering practices

•       Participate in recruitment interviews and help build a diverse, high-performing team

•       Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including through presentations and documentation

•       Improve and evolve platform observability to provide deep, end-to-end visibility into system behavior, performance, and reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of platform engineering experience

• Solid understanding of IaC concepts and tooling, Terraform experience is a plus
• Deep familiarity with containerization concepts and architecture, preferably with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven experience with CI/CD workflows and building scalable services
• Hands-on experience with public cloud technologies, preferably GCP (AWS experience is also valuable)
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with modern software development environments; Python experience preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving approach
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Prior experience with ML application development or MLOps is a strong advantage
