Job Description:

Participates in meetings with regional leadership regarding internal issues, physician onboarding, and payer issues. Supports the Credentialing Manager and Director by resolving problems and issues internally and externally. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrates a strong ability to produce a high level of productivity while maintaining accuracy (detail-oriented). Manages enrollment efforts for primary care and specialist physicians and advanced practitioner providers. Data enters physician/provider demographic information and reviews applications to ensure information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Maintains a complete database of all enrollment/credentialing materials for employed physicians/providers. Communicates with provider onboarding staff and practice management regarding application status and required materials. Educates provider onboarding staff on necessary documentation for enrollment. Ensures all documents are up to date and requests new documents from practice management for expiring ones.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient in using MD Staff [Required]
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook [Required]
• CAQH [Preferred]

Education:
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:
• in business, healthcare administration or related field

Work Experience:
• 4+ experience in healthcare [Required]
• 4+ in healthcare or managed care [Preferred]

Pay Range:
