Job description

SimScale is hiring its first VP Enterprise Sales - a partner-grade leader to take ownership of our largest, most complex, top-down strategic accounts and drive them from executive interest to multi-million-dollar close.

What we expect from you

10+ years closing multi-million-dollar deals into Forbes Global 2000 industrial accounts.
Boardroom-credible authority paired with player-coach DNA: you write the deck, map the stakeholders, and run the deal yourself.
AI and industrial domain fluency: comfortable arguing the merits of AI in Computer-Aided Engineering after a focused briefing.
Founding-member energy, not partner-grade entitlement.
Hands-on industrial sales experience is a hard requirement.
