Job Title: Trainee Move Manager

Location: Remote

Salary:  up to £27,000 OTE

Job Summary and key responsibilities 

We are looking for a Move Management Trainee to work along the Senior Move Managers in our Shared Ownership Department. Assisting them with converting the pipeline, relationships with customers and other departments.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Learning conveyancing process, processes of the various of housing associations, supporting clients (buyers, sellers & corporate clients) through the sale/purchase process.

  • Liaising with solicitors and other 3rd parties. Invoicing and accounting.

  • Building and retaining long term relationships with our Housing Association & Registered Provider clients, and attending regular meetings plus (in some cases) using our clients CRM system when required

  • Assisting the Senior MM
