Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

The Marketing Strategist & Content Designer is a hybrid strategist and executor who will be responsible for developing creative campaigns, managing social media content, and producing high-quality assets across multiple client accounts simultaneously. This role sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — the ideal person can run with a concept independently, validate AI-generated output with a critical eye, and communicate proactively to keep every project moving. Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms for prompt-based copywriting across social media, email, and web that feels human and on-brand.

  • Generate high-quality image and video assets using AI tools, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client guidelines.

  • Validate AI output rigorously for accuracy, brand tone, and factual correctness before any content goes live.

 

Campaign Execution & Multitasking

  • Pivot seamlessly between diverse tasks — designing a brochure in Adobe InDesign in the morning and drafting an Instagram campaign in the afternoon.

  • Execute blog and LinkedIn content across various industries, maintaining quality and strategic alignment throughout.

  • Conduct UX audits, review heatmaps, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization based on data.

 

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Create and maintain content calendars across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent posting and quality across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Provide strategic guidance on social media performance, emerging trends, and platform best practices.

  • Monitor engagement, manage comments, and coordinate with the team on responses as needed.

 

Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and social media managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of assets.

  • Keep project workflows organized using Asana or similar project management tools.

  • Communicate proactively with leadership and team members via Google Chat and other channels, staying available and responsive throughout the workday.

 

Asset & Campaign Oversight

  • Review, edit, and optimize creative assets — including color corrections, image selection, and brand consistency — across all campaigns.

  • Assist in strategy for paid media placements, following existing guides and funnels to monitor performance.

  • Ensure all content and creative output aligns with client branding standards and overarching campaign goals.

Qualifications - Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency environment.

  • Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and shifting deadlines in an agency setting — this is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated experience writing and executing blog and LinkedIn content across diverse industries.

  • Hands-on experience conducting UX audits and interpreting heatmap data to drive optimization decisions.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Suite is a plus, though the focus of this role is strategy and execution over advanced technical design.

Qualifications - Skills

 
  • Strategic thinking — able to independently develop concepts and see them through to the finish line before handing off to a designer for execution.

  • AI content proficiency — comfortable using and critically evaluating output from tools like Claude and ChatGPT; resourceful, cautious, and intellectually curious.

  • Copywriting & content creation — strong written English with the ability to produce compelling copy across social, email, and web formats.

  • Social media strategy — deep understanding of platform dynamics across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Communication & availability — proactively keeps Google Chat open and stays in sync with the team throughout the workday.

  • Industry curiosity — a genuine student of marketing, web development, design, and the industries the agency serves; stays current and brings that knowledge to every project.
