Financial Reporting Solution Architect (Anaplan Financial Planning experience preferred) Location: - Remote – ok – must be willing to work PST. Duration: - 12+ months Rate: - DOE

Key Responsibilities:
As a reporting solution architect for you will build and enhance financial reporting solutions that transform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) reporting with a streamlined global approach.
-standardized data & BI tool(s) that deliver real-time insights, foster strategic decision making, and support the enterprise growth trajectory.
-Reporting solution architect is accountable for collaborating with the FinTech team to establish the target state for finance reporting by designing a robust global governance structure, standardizing sets of reporting/data requirements and KPIs, and developing a sustainable long-term reporting architecture.
This role reports into Architecture function, working daily within the FinTech team. As a member of the broader architecture community, you will also leverage established architectural design patterns
Supporting North America time zones, this role will provide guidance for market teams both in the United States and globally.

Financial Reporting and Analytics for multi-national organization (preferably retail)
Anaplan Financial Planning experience preferred
Cloud data platforms / technologies - Azure / Databricks preferred
Establishing framework / solution architectures Application development experience

Cross-functional Collaboration
Engage with Finance 'Business Leads' to understand reporting users, needs, process, complexity & prioritization
Engage with Development teams to understand current FDP (Finance Data Platform) architecture and utilization of underlying technologies.
Engage with peer data platform teams to understand analogous, similar solution patterns, processes and lessons/learned from these teams.
Engage with to support definition of data products and platform scope.
Analyze / Review
Support FPT (Financial Planning Transformation) program vision for financial data 'repository' & standardized reporting solution approach
Review business needs/requirements including prior reporting track deliverables, current reporting as needed, and Data Product/Reporting requirements backlog
Review different use cases for financial data & delivery approach
Review current data platform (FDP) technical architecture
Review data platform (FDP) security approach
Review current approaches to reporting within in Anaplan application
