Job description

Azure Cloud Architect
Location: Remote in USA
Duration: 06 Months plus
Rate: DOE

US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred.

Lead Data Platform Cloud architecture enablement for new capabilities/enhancements and new data source integrations.
This role primarily delivers Cloud and Security architecture patterns which comply with the Starbucks cloud and security governance standards, focusing on new features we are planning to enhance with respect to Databricks (like Unity Catalog suite features , Delta Sharing, Serverless, Lakehouse monitoring, Workflow orchestration etc).
A good understanding of Databricks Cloud Architecture is preferred.
This role requires strong collaboration with Cloud Services and GCS Architects to facilitate cloud and security reviews for each new platform enablement.
