Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (AdTech / Marketing Analytics)
Location: Remote (Must be able to work in PST time zone)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead reporting and analytics initiatives focused on marketing measurement and customer insights. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-impact data solutions.
You will work with advanced data collaboration and clean room technologies, enabling organizations to unlock insights while maintaining strong data privacy and governance standards. The primary focus will be on building dashboards, generating actionable insights, and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead measurement initiatives by defining KPIs and developing learning agendas aligned with marketing objectives
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics frameworks, tools, and systems
  • Perform advanced observational and experimental analytics on large, multi-dimensional datasets
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights, answer business questions, and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance
  • Build compelling dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
  • Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, share findings, and provide recommendations
  • Present complex analytical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand analytics products and methodologies
  • Translate client and stakeholder needs into actionable insights and product enhancements
  • Contribute to the design of new analytics and measurement solutions
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, with strong expertise in marketing measurement and attribution
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles
  • Proven experience building and presenting data-driven dashboards and insights
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis
  • Experience in the AdTech domain (TV/media experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines
  • Comfortable presenting complex analyses to diverse audiences

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with clean room technologies and privacy-focused data environments
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Marketing Cloud and Google Ads Data Hub
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
