Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Engineer with strong expertise in ARM IPs to support end-to-end verification of advanced AI-driven ASIC designs. The role involves working across high-performance application processors and ultra-low-power microcontroller architectures, ensuring design quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Cortex-A and Cortex-M based SoCs and modern verification methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive verification of ARM-based IP blocks across the full project lifecycle
Perform specification reviews and develop comprehensive verification plans
Design and implement test cases, UVM environments, and verification frameworks
Execute functional, regression, and gate-level simulations (GLS)
Perform coverage analysis and ensure coverage closure (functional and code)
Debug complex issues across SoC-level and IP-level designs
Work with cross-functional teams to improve design quality and verification processes
Provide feedback on architecture and design decisions
Collaborate with global verification teams to enhance methodologies and best practices
Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC verification
Strong experience with ARM Cortex-A (Cortex-A9 preferred; newer versions are a plus)
Experience with Cortex-A and Cortex-M based SoCs (Cortex-M4, Cortex-M55)
Experience with multi-core systems, MMU, cache hierarchies (L1/L2), and cache coherency validation
Experience with AXI/APB interconnects, DMA, interrupts, and power management
Experience with CoreSight/JTAG-based debug systems
Hands-on experience with ARM VIP and golden model-driven verification
Strong understanding of low-power and high-performance architecture design
