This role oversees the technical direction of a platform responsible for managing user preferences, such as device registration, communication settings, and language options within a centralized service framework. The platform integrates with enterprise systems to ensure accurate, secure, and personalized communication delivery across digital channels. Key Responsibilities

Drive engineering best practices, documentation, performance improvements, and platform reliability.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience with C# / .NET
Experience with Kong API Management (APIM)
Strong AWS Cloud experience
Expertise in API development, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‐native design.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving abilities.
Preferred
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, or event-driven patterns.
