About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the technical direction of a centralized platform that manages user preferences such as device registration, communication settings, and language configurations. This platform integrates with enterprise systems to enable secure, accurate, and personalized communication across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance platform services and applications.
• Provide architectural guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement technical strategies.
• Contribute hands-on to backend development, API design, cloud architecture, and system integrations.
• Ensure best engineering practices including clean code, documentation, testing, and performance optimization.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and security across distributed systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C# / .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Kong API Management (APIM).
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Proven expertise in API development, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
• Relevant cloud or technical certifications.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
