Key Responsibilities
Participate in design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
Conduct requirement gathering and Fit-Gap/Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Configure FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, and PCA.
Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for end-to-end integration.
Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities.
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and system documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and third-party integrations (Banks, Concur, Cybersource, etc.).
Provide SAP best practices and process improvement recommendations.
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
