The Role
As a Full-Cycle Account Executive, you will own the entire sales process, from first outreach to closed deal and ongoing account growth. You're not just opening doors, you're building relationships, uncovering business challenges, and delivering solutions that drive real impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing a book of business, enjoys the hunt, and takes pride in closing deals and owning the full revenue lifecycle. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and guiding prospects through the sales journey all the way to signed partnerships and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing new business
  • Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts within key industries
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Present tailored solutions that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with full ownership of revenue generation
  • Partner cross-functionally (delivery, recruiting, leadership) to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Continuously grow and expand accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship development
  • Track pipeline, activity, and forecasting within CRM to maintain visibility and accountability
