About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP technical consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager to support enterprise SAP monitoring, operations, and lifecycle management initiatives across cloud and hybrid SAP environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP monitoring solutions, managing operational stability, troubleshooting system performance issues, and driving best practices for SAP application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager solutions
• Configure and maintain:
  • System Monitoring
  • Business Process Monitoring
  • Job Monitoring
  • Interface Monitoring
  • Monitoring & Alerting Infrastructure
• Monitor SAP landscape health, availability, integrations, and performance
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system/performance issues
• Configure dashboards, alerts, notifications, and reporting
• Support end-to-end SAP Application Lifecycle Management processes
• Collaborate with BASIS, infrastructure, security, and functional teams
• Support SAP upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives
• Document technical configurations, operational procedures, and support processes
• Provide knowledge transfer and operational guidance to support teams

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
• Expertise in SAP monitoring and alerting frameworks
• Strong understanding of SAP BASIS operations and SAP system administration
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP landscapes including:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP ECC
  • SAP BW
  • SAP Fiori
  • SAP CPI
  • SAP Process Integration / SAP Process Orchestration
• Experience with incident management and performance troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
• Experience supporting hybrid SAP landscapes
• Exposure to ECC to S/4HANA migration/transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with AppDynamics or related monitoring tools
• Automation or scripting experience is a plus

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of SAP technical operations / monitoring experience
• 2+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
