Infor XA (Mapics) – Techno-functional Consultant

• Experience & Skills:
  • Must have 8+ years of Infor XA techno-functional experience with strong knowledge on modules like IFM, COM, PUR, MRP, IM, INV, EPDM.
  • Excellent command of RPG , CL , ILE , SQLRPGLE , SQL/400 , Query/400 , DB2/400 , DFU , and OS/400 commands .
  • Familiar with job schedulers (ROBOT), debugging, AS/400 utilities; exposure to SFTP, JSON, and XML.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities:
  • Translate BRD into functional/technical specs; design, develop, and document Infor XA customizations .
  • Configure, develop, and test customizations; suggest improvements.
  • Support ERP XA user queries across modules; manage integrations and interfaces.
  • Monitor ERP systems, maintain licensing; assist with upgrades and conduct user training.
  • Good to have: experience in Infor IDF , Powerlink , Robot Scheduler , Aldon .
• Preferred:
  • ERP implementation experience.
  • Expertise in SQL queries and performance tuning.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
