Job description

Project Description

The Integration Release Manager (IRM) role has historically required a hybrid skill set. While the role is anchored in integration, release management, and SDLC coordination, it also demands a strong understanding of network and infrastructure domains to successfully plan, execute, and govern complex network cutovers during integrations.

Role Expectations

The IRM is expected to:

Lead and orchestrate end-to-end integration releases, including network cutovers
Possess sufficient network/infrastructure knowledge to drive planning, execution, and risk mitigation
Communicate effectively and manage a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders

Ideal Profile & Required Experience

We are looking for profiles with experience operating at the intersection of release management and infrastructure, including:

Defining work strategies, aligning them with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution
Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often in collaboration with senior management
Directing the integration of technical aspects across related projects and programs
Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance
