Job description
This role will focus on the engineering and delivery of AI & Automation related program needs by way of AGILE process.
Responsibilities of this role (not extensive list)
- Develop automation solutions for delivery of managed infrastructure services and support ERP applications
- Help architect an AI strategy and implement AI solutions to support the infrastructure and administration of ERP applications.
- Translate high level design into medium level tasks with more technical detail for the team to implement
- Ensure successful implementation of automation solutions for effective delivery of infrastructure and product solutions to support program schedule
- Assist with team lead activities by coaching\mentoring other team members, reviewing other teammate's work, and setting team tasks\priorities.
- Very strong knowledge of IT automation and AI technologies
Skills required but not limited to:
- Experience in Python coding or other similar language suited for AI solutions.

- Hands-on experience building MCP servers and AI agents, including practical skills in prompt/tool orchestration, API integration, authorization and security, containerized cloud deployment, and maintaining critical production applications.
